4. Orders, Payment, and Fraud

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
  • Orders with mismatched billing and delivery addresses may be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to request payment via bank transfer before dispatch.
  • Using false information or an invalid payment method is a criminal offence. We track electronic fingerprints to assist law enforcement.

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Maestro, and cheque (with dispatch post-clearance).

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Errors and omissions accepted (E&OE).


5. Appointments and Cancellations

By booking an appointment, you reserve a time exclusively for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a full fee unless rebooked.


6. Promotions and Discounts

  • The £10 discount for signing up to our mailing list requires a minimum spend of £100.
  • Promotions may be subject to additional terms and can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Delivery and Returns

Delivery is available across the UK and Europe. Estimated times will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur beyond our control.

Returns are accepted under the terms stated in our separate Returns Policy, available upon request or via the website.


8. Warranty

Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and exclude:

  • Improper installation or application
  • Abuse or lack of maintenance
  • Repairs by unauthorised personnel
  • Inadequate power supply (especially for spas)

All warranties are for parts only, and all faulty parts must be returned at the purchaser’s cost.


9. Chemical Sales – EPP Law Compliance

As of 2nd September 2014, customers purchasing certain chemicals (e.g. Aquablanc Active Oxygen Liquid 5L/22kg) must hold a valid Home Office licence under the Explosives Precursors Regulations.

We cannot fulfil orders for regulated chemicals without this documentation.


10. Security

We use secure server software (SSL) to protect your data. All sensitive information is encrypted before transmission. We may request proof of identity before releasing certain information.
