What is included in the hot tub hire:

Once you have confirmed your hot tub hire booking we will arrange a convenient time to deliver the hired hot tub to you. Our hot tub engineers will place the hot tub, fill it with water and provide the first chemical dosing so that it is safe to use once heated. The hot tub engineers will show you how to operate the hired hot tub and how to test the water and top up the chemicals. You will be left with a brief guide and sufficient test strips and chemicals to ensure safe bathing in your hired hot tub.

Do I need to check the water chemicals during my hot tub hire?

When you hire a hot tub from Blue Cube you get training on how to maintain the water balance and you are supplied with all the chemicals and testing equipment for the duration of your hot tub hire. We recommend that you test the water every day during your hot tub hire and top up water and chemicals as required. If you have any issues with the water during your hot tub hire contact Blue Cube immediately and we will fix it for you

What is the best position for my hired hot tub?

You will need a flat level hard standing area, 13 amp protected electrical socket and a mains water supply (hose pipe). You can part fill the hot tub with water from your hot water supply to speed up the heating process. Your hired hot tub comes supplied with an insulated rigid cover to keep it hot.

Unlike other hot tubs for hire the Fantasy Spa Drift can be ready to use within 8 – 12 hours, it will not be up to full temperature but still very enjoyable. It can be used sooner if you want to fill it with hot water.

Can I put the hot tub on grass? NO

Unfortunately we can not place our luxury hot tub on the grass. Placing a hot tub like this on the grass can cause damage to the hot tub, generate smells from the grass and damage the grass. If the surface is not level it can affect the operation of the hot tub, causing further damage.  In some cases two sheets of thick 8 x 4 ply wood  have been placed on a level lawn to overcome this issue, but we would prefer a fully level hard standing area such as a patio or decking.

Difficult or limited access?

If you are looking to hire a luxury solid shell hot tub but have difficult or limited access do not worry. Out hot tub engineers can manoeuvre the fantasy Spa Drift through some difficult areas. However, please ensure that the path is at least 1m wide and there is sufficient space to get round the corners or through the doors and gateways before booking. The Fantasy Spa Drift measurements are: L×W×H 178cm x 158cm x 84cm.

What happens if the hot tub gets damaged during the hire?

We hope that you will take good care of the hot tub whilst it is on your property, but we understand that sometimes accidents do happen. We will require a £300.00 damage deposit to be made the week before the delivery. On most occasions the hired hot tub is returned with no damage, and we can refund the deposit in full on the day of collection once the hot tub has been fully inspected.
If you have unfortunately damaged the hot tub during your hire, this will be assessed on the day and the repair cost will be deducted from your deposit. Should the repair costs amount to more than £300.00, then no deposit refund will be provided.

Please note these prices are available for customers within a 20 mile radius of our shop including Bedford, Sharnbrook, Rushden, Wellingborough, Kempston and Amptil. Customers further away will be subject to an additional mileage charge.

Hot Tub Hire Deposit and Cancellations

A £300.00 refundable deposit is required the week before your hot tub hire. If an damage is sustained to the hot tub during your hire you deposit will be used for these repairs.

Also please note cancellation fees may apply when less than two weeks notice is given subject to Blue Cube’s terms and conditions.
