Skirt Design

Hot Tub cover skirt is double stitched for strength and gusseted to provide the best protection, keeping heat in and dirt out.

Zippers

Hot Tub cover zipper is Corrosion resistant YKK7 heavy duty nylon zip tucked away in its own pocket. This not only protects the zipper, but it is also much more attractive.

Heat Seal Gasket (On selected models)

Hot Tub cover insulating gasket seals prevent heat loss where the two halves fold together to provide long-term energy savings. Payback on energy savings is typically less than 12 months.

Hinge

Hot Tub cover hinge has four layers of vinyl, adding extra durability and strength to a high-stress area. The hinge has been tested by an automatic arm to lift the cover on and off more than 6000 times with no wear.

Marine Grade Vinyl

Treated with mildew and UV inhibitors for overall longevity and year-round beauty. This Vinyl stretches with the core rather than failing at stress points. Cold cracking freeze resistant to -30 degrees Celsius.
